These terms apply when you use JustAFreshGrad or buy from it. JustAFreshGrad is run by WISPER ENTERPRISE ("we"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

Your account

  • You sign in with your email address (via a sign-in link) or with Google. Keep access to that email safe, because it's the key to your account.
  • If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy.

Buying an ebook

  • Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The price shown on the product page is the full price you pay.
  • Payment is handled by CHIP. You can pay by FPX online banking, card or e-wallet, depending on what CHIP offers at checkout.
  • Your purchase is complete once CHIP confirms the payment. You'll get access in your Library right away, and a receipt by email.
  • If a payment fails or is cancelled, you won't be charged and no access is given.
  • Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

What you get

  • A personal, non-transferable licence to read the ebook on this website, logged in to your account.
  • Ebooks are read online. They aren't downloadable files.
  • You keep access for as long as the store operates. If we ever plan to close it, we'll tell you by email beforehand.

Please don't

  • Share your account, or copy, screenshot, resell or redistribute the content.
  • Try to get around access controls or disrupt the site.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site running and the content accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Malaysian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Changes don't affect purchases you've already made.
