WISPER ENTERPRISE ("we") runs JustAFreshGrad. This notice explains how we handle your personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). (Versi Bahasa Melayu di bawah.)

What we collect

  • Account details: your name and email address, and your Google profile picture if you sign in with Google. You give us these when you sign in.
  • Purchases: what you bought, the amount, the date and the order status. Payments are handled by CHIP, a Malaysian payment gateway. We never see or store your card details or online banking login.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser, which our server and Cloudflare record for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

  • To create your account and sign you in.
  • To give you access to the ebooks you bought.
  • To send sign-in links, receipts and important account emails.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep records for tax and accounting.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.

Do you have to give it?

Your email address is needed to sign in and buy. Without it we can't give you an account or send your purchases.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store, and only what each one needs:

  • CHIP (payments, Malaysia)
  • Resend (sending emails, United States)
  • Cloudflare (hosting, security and backups, worldwide)
  • Google (only if you choose Google sign-in, United States)

Some of these process data outside Malaysia. We only use providers with strong security practices. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics trackers. Your browser also remembers the last chapter you read, on your device only.

How long we keep it

We keep your account for as long as you have one. Purchase records are kept for 7 years, as Malaysian tax law requires. Server logs are kept for a short time only. Backups are deleted after 14 days.

Keeping it safe

Data is sent over HTTPS, the database isn't reachable from the internet, and only the owner can access the admin area.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct your personal data, ask us to delete your account, or tell us to stop using your data for a purpose. Email [email protected]. We'll reply within 21 days. If we delete your account, you lose access to your ebooks, but we keep purchase records as required by law.

WISPER ENTERPRISE ("kami") mengendalikan JustAFreshGrad. Notis ini menerangkan cara kami mengurus data peribadi anda di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA).

Data yang kami kumpul: nama dan alamat e-mel anda (serta gambar profil Google jika anda log masuk dengan Google), rekod pembelian (produk, jumlah, tarikh dan status), dan data teknikal seperti alamat IP dan pelayar. Bayaran diproses oleh CHIP. Kami tidak melihat atau menyimpan butiran kad atau log masuk perbankan anda.

Tujuan: untuk membuka akaun dan log masuk, memberi akses kepada ebook yang dibeli, menghantar pautan log masuk, resit dan e-mel penting akaun, mencegah penipuan, dan menyimpan rekod cukai serta perakaunan. Kami tidak menjual data anda.

Wajib atau tidak: alamat e-mel diperlukan untuk log masuk dan membeli. Tanpanya, kami tidak dapat membuka akaun atau memberi akses kepada pembelian anda.

Pihak ketiga: CHIP (pembayaran, Malaysia), Resend (e-mel, Amerika Syarikat), Cloudflare (pengehosan, keselamatan dan sandaran) dan Google (jika anda memilih log masuk Google). Sebahagian data diproses di luar Malaysia. Kami juga boleh mendedahkan data jika dikehendaki oleh undang-undang.

Kuki: kami menggunakan satu kuki untuk mengekalkan log masuk anda, tanpa penjejak iklan atau analitik.

Tempoh simpanan: akaun disimpan selagi anda memilikinya. Rekod pembelian disimpan selama 7 tahun seperti dikehendaki undang-undang cukai Malaysia. Sandaran dipadam selepas 14 hari.

Hak anda: anda boleh meminta akses kepada data anda, membetulkannya, memadam akaun, atau mengehadkan penggunaannya. E-mel [email protected]. Kami akan membalas dalam masa 21 hari.

Jika terdapat percanggahan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Melayu, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.
