Every ebook has a free preview chapter, so you can check it's right for you before buying.

Digital products

Ebooks are available instantly after payment, so purchases are generally non-refundable, including if you change your mind.

When we will refund

• You were charged twice for the same ebook.
• You paid but didn't get access, and we can't fix it within 3 working days.
• The ebook is substantially different from its description.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order number (it's in your receipt email and on your account page). We'll reply within 3 working days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through CHIP, usually within 7–14 working days depending on your bank. Access to the ebook is removed once the refund is made.

Payment problems

If you see a charge you don't recognise, please email us before contacting your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.

This policy doesn't affect your rights under Malaysian consumer law.
